Purpose of the Role:

Support the ZEISS sales team to drive Myopia Management portfolio sales within a specified region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.

Description of the role:

  • Will be responsible for sales and revenue of Myopia Management portfolio for assigned customers within specified territory
  • Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers
  • Building strong relationship with customer and forging strong confidence
  • Representing ZEISS Myopia Management portfolio to opticians, doctors & optometrist
  • Training of Internal Sales teams / Customer care / Fitter training and the above-mentioned customers.
  • Trouble Shooting of Nonadaptation cases.

Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education - Bachelor’s in optometry with Min 1-6 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segment
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Open to travel extensively with the specified region.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.
  • Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist, optometrists and opticians.
  • Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.
  • Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.
  • Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges.
