The Business Analysis Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple teams of business analysts supporting multiple systems or over a business analysis functional area (depending on size of business) with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the efficient design, development and implementation and to ensure essential procedures are followed
- Develop strategy and guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements, exercising control over resources, budget management and planning and contributing to defining standards
- Resolve issues that have impact beyond own area and apply in-depth understanding of business analysis concepts and procedures and basic knowledge of other areas
- Work as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties as needed
- Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations, drawing on diverse range of internal and external sources
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Computer Science or related field of study
- Master's degree preferred
- Possess knowledge of collateral liquidity regulatory reporting, including Regulation YY, Liquidity Stress Testing (LST), FR2052a, LCR & NSFR, RLAP, RLEN
- Actively manage delivery and governance of the Liquidity reporting infrastructure including internal stress metrics like TLST, RLAP, RLEN, RCEN, reporting external FR 2052a reporting/LCR/NSFR
- Design and Implement reporting functionalities on integrated technology platforms that enables a foundational reporting infrastructure across firms businesses and global functions by ensuring consistency within Finance, Risk and Liquidity Management
- Solid working knowledge of regulatory reporting such as FR 2052a and liquidity concepts like Term Liquidity Stress Test (TLST), Resolution Liquidity Adequacy and Positioning (RLAP), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) and Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR)
- Relevant experience in US resolution planning at a large financial institution with a solid grasp of US RRP regulatory requirements capabilities for resolution planning (e.g., RLEN, RCEN) along with deep knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements that impact regulatory capital and liquidity (e.g., stress testing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail but also the ability to see the bigger picture. Demonstrated execution skills with successful track record of operating in a transformation environment including process and technology change management
- Execute multiple liquidity reporting and analytics transformations by developing enhancements to internal systems, controls, and analytics frameworks that are related to the liquidity reporting processes with collaboration of risk, liquidity management and other stakeholders. Also support the forecasting team in any matter related to internal forecasting processes and the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR).
- Responsible for supporting, and selectively leading, the development and ongoing execution of internal (ILST and TLST) and external (US LCR and US NSFR) liquidity metrics analytics and monitoring.
- Possess knowledge of Recovery and Resolution Planning concepts with working knowledge of liquidity regulations, their application to business activity and the balance sheet and experience in the development or execution of a Resolvability Self-Assessment and development as well as execution of a Resolvability Work Program.
- Expertise in developing and enhancing system solutions to implement sophisticated liquidity models to estimate future cash flows, inflows, and outflows under various stress scenarios.
- 16+ years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, risk management, financial regulation and project management

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
