We are looking for Candidate to join to our beverage can factory team in Hämeenlinna.

Mechanical Fitter to Maintenance Department

Mechanical Fitters are responsible for ensuring maintenance of machinery and equipment in good condition and according to the required standards and ensure the efficiency of the equipment and machinery in order to maintain continuity of the production process.

Main responsibilities:

  • Dismantling tools and assemblies to repair or replace defective parts.
  • Checking the accuracy and quality of finished parts, tools, or sub-assemblies.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical assemblies and equipment.
  • Working with engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Performing regular service tasks and troubleshooting machinery issues.
  • Creating standardized reports on preventive and breakdown maintenance.
  • Conducting planned repairs, maintenance, and inspections of machinery and equipment.

Our expectations or Your profile:

  • You have a background in mechanical or a technical field
  • You have experience working in a similar position, but we welcome applicants who are ready to learn and grow into the role.
  • You are comfortable communicating in English.
  • You can analyze and fix machinery breakdowns
  • You can work independently when solving problems
  • You are ready to work in shifts.
