Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Responsibilities;
- Develop strategic relationships for support of priority banking products as well as other consumer banking products for Priority Banking customers and Chinese client
- Work closely with all related parties in aligning product and business strategies and ensuring compliance within internal and external regulatory framework.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly deposit sales targets. Ensure self-discipline on daily team sales activities (i.e. approaching customers, prospecting, cold calling, conducting presentation...) to achieve consistent sales results
- Cross selling on PFS loans product
- To set and enforce a high standard of Priority Banking products, quality and service levels.
- Coach and train team member and other inexperienced deposit managers on product knowledge and sales technics
- Review and improve Chinese Corporate partnerships include in our Priority Banking lifestyle package
- Propose new initiatives and strategy to drive the deposit mobilization and improve Chinese customers based
- Work closely with Marketing and Head of PFS-Sales to launch deposit marketing campaign and promotion
- Gather and regular update on market research on the competitors (product & pricing) and customer information to analyze and report the success/effective/ of targeted advertising campaigns, special promotion
- Provide the best service and maintain the relationship with high net worth clients
- Improve the Chinese friendly products, service, and expand the usage of Chinese mobile app
- Work closely with other related department / branches to brief on priority product and result of cross department referrals especially on corporate Chinese business
- Ensure the Casa growth and cross sales support including Dual Currency, and others cross sales product such as Master Card Spend, DCD, OD-FD, OD-Casa, KHQR, Payroll, and ITT.
Requirement;
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance & banking or other related degrees
- At least 7-8 experience in the banking in leading deposit sales team especially Chinese desk
- Good knowledge in banking with customer services and dealing with high net worth customers especially and foreign customers
- Experience in dealing with management, Chinese customers & foreign customers
- Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good Leadership and motivation skills.s
- Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill
- Conscious of details and accuracy
- Chinese is proficiency and Good English is advantage
