Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for owning the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions. Your typical day will involve leading teams through the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development standards are met while maintaining code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in software development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
troubleshooting of application, server, and network issues to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Monitor system health and performance using tools like power BI Dashboard and Microsoft Intune
Perform user access management using Active Directory / LDAP, including account creation, modification, and deactivation.
Monitor and manage ITS Asset list.
Perform daily network health checks
Configure and support end-user systems, printers, IP phones, software applications, and video conferencing tools,
Provide technical support for Cisco IP phones, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user assistance
Manage and support network devices such as switches and firewalls, ensuring secure and stable connectivity.
Collaborate with the central network team to monitor network activity, troubleshoot issues, and implement configuration changes.
Assist in switch configuration and network troubleshooting, including VLANs, port configuration, and connectivity issues.
Monitor and analyze network traffic and performance, identifying anomalies and escalating critical issues.
Support video conferencing platforms (setup, troubleshooting, connectivity issues) to ensure smooth communication across teams.
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Configure and support CCTV systems using Milestone XProtect in coordination with service providers, ensuring effective surveillance and system reliability.
Perform monthly server patching and updates, ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, and up to date with minimal downtime.
Deliver end-user IT support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications, ensuring high user satisfaction and quick issue resolution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Operations & Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
