负责完成生产设备的维修保养，切割刀具的安装管理，对设备进行定期检修、保养，排除隐患，确保设备正常使用，保障生产计划任务的顺利完成。

Be responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment, the installation and management of cutting tools, regular inspection and maintenance of equipment, elimination of potential hazards, ensuring the normal operation of equipment, and guaranteeing the successful completion of production plan tasks.

严格遵守公司的各项管理制度，执行公司的EHS政策，对本岗位的安全生产负责;

Strictly abide by all the management systems of the company, implement the company's EHS policy, and be responsible for the safety production of this position.

负责生产设备所有机械方面的日常维修维护保养工作；

Daily maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical aspects of production equipment.

安装切割刀具，生产时要跟踪效果，确保刀具状态最佳；

Install the cutting tools and track the effect during production to ensure that the tools are in the best condition.

负责生产设备的日常点检、周检、季度、年度预防性维修；

Daily spot checks, weekly inspections, quarterly and annual preventive maintenance of production equipment.

做好文件记录及必要的报告；

Keep good records of documents and necessary reports.

做好工作区域内的5S。

5S within the working area.

积极配合相关部门的工作。

Actively cooperate with the work of relevant departments.

完成上级/经理安排的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors/managers.
