Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist with pre-event briefing.
  • Assist in the direction of the Guest Services Staff.
  • Scheduling of Guest Services staff for event coverage (Call offs as needed).
  • Assist with developing and facilitating team member client-based and new hire training programs.
  • Assist with creating, editing, and updating departmental manuals and materials.
  • Address questions/concerns and handle performance issues when necessary.
  • Assist in monitoring and responding to emails.
  • Serve as ADA Facilitator during events.
  • All other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Will assist Guest Services Manager in the direction and coordination of the Guest Services staff. Will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM's policies and applicable laws.

Education and Experience

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar facility
  • Supervisory experience preferred

 Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with various methods of training
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Effective communicator, both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Goal orientated, team player
  • Easily adapts to change
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Computer Skills:

Operate a personal computer using Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point and other standard office equipment.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

No certifications are required.
