Shift: 12 Hour 2-2-3 Night Shift

How Will You Make an Impact?:
As a Sr. Formulation Technician, you will help manufacture life-saving pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations and quality standards. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to operate manufacturing equipment will directly support reliable product supply and improve patient outcomes.

A Day in the Life:

  • Prepare, weigh, measure, and verify raw materials while accurately completing batch records and manufacturing documentation.
  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, pumps, and automated systems in a cleanroom environment following SOPs and cGMP requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inspect products, maintain inventory, support investigations (Noncoformances/CAPAs), and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


Experience:

  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations, aseptic manufacturing practices, and cleanroom operations.
  • Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and automated systems while following standard operating procedures and batch records.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication in a collaborative team environment.


Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Regularly stand, walk, reach, handle materials, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.
  • Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, and lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment requiring appropriate gowning/PPE and adherence to aseptic procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $33.00–$34.00.
