Responsibilities:

responsibility for system material receipt and management of material flow, semi-finished products, and finished products in SAP

customer packaging management – creation of packaging instructions, records, ordering and inventory, system settings in SAP for new projects

management and maintenance of master data, resolution of system deviations and production support

creation and updating of work procedures, logistics standards and conducting LPA audits, including action plans

responsibility for the flow of materials, semi-finished products, and products and their correct management in the SAP system

responsibility for resolving crisis situations that threaten the correct delivery of materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to the customer

optimization of logistics processes, proactive resolution of deviations in all ILOG processes

management of warehouse workers - organization, planning, team development, and supervision of occupational health and safety compliance in warehouse areas

Qualifications:

High school education

previous experience in a similar position

knowledge of working with the SAP system

knowledge of MS Office tools

fluent knowledge of English and Slovak language

ability to work independently and manage a small team of people

excellent communication and presentation skills

creative and innovative approach to solving tasks

resistance to stress
