DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Main responsibility is to the Freight Forwarding, (Air Export)
  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
  • Processing Export Documentation including ocean bills of lading, invoice, etc.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of customer’s and carriers’ document.
  • Support & co-operate with customers, operations, and oversea offices to follow up import - export shipments.
  • Cooperate with operation/ customer service/ accounting department in solving daily operational problems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
  • Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
  • Coordinate tasks on the shipments to meet all customer SOP requirements: booking approvals, processing pre-alerts, governmental filings, executing delivery, ensuring proper invoicing, etc.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (Thai National only)
  • Minimum 1-3 years of Global Forwarding experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred:

  • Proven track record of strong customer service skills, interacting with customers and being client focused
  • Excellent follow up with customers and the network

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
