Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lead projects to further develop the CAD/PLM systems
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices across the global engineering organization
• Communicate with international stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
• Monitor and analyze product performance and implement improvement measures
• Further develop TC/SE, including release coordination, as well as planning and conducting tests and trainings
• Provide functional leadership and coordinate the global key users in the engineering area
• Lead and manage projects in the TC/SE environment (e.g., change management)
• Conceptual enhancement and maintenance of the authorization concept

Qualifications:

• Completed engineering degree or comparable qualification
• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge and several years of experience in design engineering
• Manufacturing-related knowledge in machining and precision finishing
• Experience in project management and use of lean methods
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability
• Positive attitude toward change, high empathy, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team-oriented way of working and leadership skills
• Very good German and English skills
