This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior System Analyst
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing the right analytical solutions, automating processes, and creating system designs. You will lead automation projects, help resolve problems, execute strategies, and assist in creating reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will collaborate with business unit heads to monitor the performance of business operations. This role is excellent for individuals who love working with systems, data, databases, and data visualization tools. Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise-grade CRMs is a plus.
System Design, Automation, and Data Management. You will automate processes and build tools to provide the Sales Compensation Team with data-driven and actionable insights. You are expected to connect databases and utilize data visualization techniques to address critical business questions and influence executive decisions that drive business results
Design the Analytical Solution. You will design the appropriate analytical solution based on the proper business context, available data sets, and systemic constraints. Work with large datasets using suitable data engineering tools (Hadoop, SQL, Alteryx) and a strong understanding of system design and relational databases
Project Management: You will lead automation projects aimed at improving processes and implementing the company's policies
Problem-Solving and Strategy Execution: Utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Excel, and Tableau, you will play a pivotal role in solving problems and executing the business's strategies
Reporting and Stakeholder Management: Create management reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel) to monitor daily operations and performance. Establish a regular reporting cadence with business unit management to promote a data-driven approach in monitoring business operations
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
At least 2 years work experience in data analytics, data visualization, data engineering, information systems, or other related fields
Exposure in sales operations and/or SaaS industry Experience in Tableau Experience using Salesforce
Desired Qualifications:
Analytical and Reporting Skills - Proficient in using MS Excel to build usable reports. Possesses strong business intuition. Experience with SQL and Hadoop or other database platforms.
Communication Skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills
Systems and Technology Savvy - Ability to use MS Excel in building usable reports. Experience in using data engineering techniques to clean and process data. Experience with SQL and Hadoop or other database platforms. Experience in Tableau, Alteryx, and Salesforce
Shift - Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (e.g., 3am -12nn Tuesday to Saturday)
Hybrid Work Setup - Willing to work in a hybrid setup (10-11 days in the office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
