What would you do? Primarily responsible for the daily deliveries with quality to meet/exceed the agreed SLA. Ensure that Client Focus, timely delivery & Strict adherence to SOP are maintained. Co-ordinate between Client & Offshore team to ensure all SLAs are met. Backed up with good Knowledge on Commercial lending & Credit Services, should be able to handle client calls on a daily/weekly basis effectively. Drive Client Value Creation and move towards Gen 4
Adhere to all values & policies of Accenture and ensure that all team members follow the same. Spend time with the team members addressing their concerns/areas of improvement and create a team bonding leading the greater efficiency & commitment.
Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.
What are we looking for? • Should have good experience on the commercial origination process including financial analysis
• Should have good understanding of credit analysis and assessing creditworthiness of the prospect/existing borrowers
• Ensure that day-to-day tasks are completed on the agreed deadlines and quality per the SLA
• Win the confidence of client through regular and proactive interaction
• Handle client queries through e-mail as well as through call
• Adhere to the processing guidelines and meet the accuracy targets set by the team lead
• Active participation in calls with client and their counterparts
• Answering/clarifying the client queries promptly
• Taking full ownership on the report deliveries and quality
• Flexible to work in any shift based on business needs

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
