We are looking to hire a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the manufacturing operationalization efforts of sophisticated AI accelerator boards and systems. These have become integral to delivering the AI acceleration required by data centers to solve the most complex of problems. Working as a team, you will guide these products through the early design phase though to delivery of a stable manufacturable product, collaborating closely with the engineering, product development, planning, procurement, factory, and executive management teams.

As part of NVIDIA’s Data Center Operations organization https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/data-center/, your primary role will be to manage all the operations milestones for new products, from Design release to Production release. The portfolio of the data center products ranges from customer integrable HGX GPU accelerators, through turnkey modular DGX GPU/CPU products, to complete rack and L11 cluster solutions. You will be helping to deliver the most sophisticated AI accelerators to a vast array of horizontal and vertical industries, working in a high caliber team of Technical Program Managers.

What you'll be doing:

  • The NPI TPM role is tasked with coordinating and tracking operations results for new systems from design through to production release.

  • A successful PM candidate will strongly collaborate across planning, product engineering, manufacturing engineering teams to ensure the successful launch of our new servers.

  • Responsible for updating the product bring-up status to the executive team and provide strategies to mitigate risk.

  • Define the program management framework and tactics for successfully launching graphics-based server products from design/development/qualification/validation, through production release.

  • Coordinate the supply chain and manufacturing plan of record.

  • Maintain project budgets and track procurement and delivery of bring-up hardware to facilitate the engineering teams.

  • Align System Baseboard/Server availability for internal and external customers during the NPI phase.

  • Track reliability, qualification, product certification, and manufacturing readiness gates across the engineering and CEM production teams.

  • Align manufacturing and test assumptions and provide program management support for the initial production ramp plan.

What we need to see:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management/production in server space.

  • Leadership – ability to influence and drive the correct behaviors, negotiate your position and to make and defend solid data driven decisions.

  • Solid communication skills, ability to detail and clearly articulate the status and final project deliverables to all levels of the organization.

  • Meaningful work experience in technical program, project, or product management role in the server space preferred.

  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills, comfortable with making informed decisions or escalating, as necessary.

  • BS degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Some Technical depth in hardware and software development.

  • Knowledge of factory production techniques and test strategies.

  • Direct experience delivering complex products to Cloud based customers.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
