As a Project Manager in Walmart's InfoSec department this role will be an enabler of our vision to be a to be a fully optimized Technical Portfolio Organization and support our mission to drive the security strategy outcomes through portfolio management practices and trust for Information Security solutions and services.

This position will focus on the delivery of key strategic efforts and deliverables, ensure the development of roadmaps, project schedules and plans are created and maintained. Engage with technical team and stakeholders in execution of planned work.

What you'll do:

  • Partners with stakeholders and multiple engineering teams to align on a shared vision for Information System Security solutions.
  • Enables business value by partnering with multiple security engineering teams to develop project/release plans and drive project delivery.
  • Collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Information Security solutions.
  • Facilitates change management within the organization as it relates to overall project and program delivery.
  • Works with stakeholders and multiple engineering teams to ensure project scope and delivery schedules are clearly defined for medium to large highly-complex projects to enable successful delivery w/o little to no oversight Effectively work with project team to estimate Level of Effort, risk and mitigation plans and uses data to drive prioritization
  • Creates and represents project expenditure needs/forecasts for future projects as well as monitors spend and priorities for current project
  • Applies specialized knowledge in OT/IoT, Mobile, and AI Security to collaborate with stakeholders and multiple engineering teams, ensuring the development and delivery of robust security solutions for connected devices, mobile applications, and artificial intelligence technologies.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience leading IT initiatives across various project management methodologies
  • Experience in creating and improving Project Management methods and standards
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of and experience in managing Cyber Security projects is a plus
  • Knowledge of and experience in managing full end to end complex projects is a plus
  • Brings a deep understanding of security principles and practices in the fields of OT/IoT, Mobile, and AI, enabling effective management and implementation of security measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities in connected devices, mobile applications, and artificial intelligence systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
