Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a proficient and dedicated Angular Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications critical to our client solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Angular and front-end technologies, with a focus on delivering scalable, responsive, and user-centric interfaces. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that align with organizational goals, enhance user experience, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Software Requirements

Required Skills:

• Deep proficiency in Angular (v8+ preferred), including component-based architecture, directives, and services

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript

• Experience with version control systems, especially Git and Git repositories

• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services

• Knowledge of front-end build tools such as Angular CLI, Webpack, and npm

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UI component libraries like Angular Material or Bootstrap

• Exposure to automated testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Cypress

• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain performant Angular applications with robust UI/UX principles

• Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and back-end developers to define features and ensure seamless integration

• Write clean, modular, and scalable code following best practices and organizational standards

• Conduct code reviews and assist in establishing coding standards to maintain code quality

• Identify and resolve UI and performance issues across different browsers and devices

• Implement and optimize responsive design for mobile and desktop environments

• Stay current with Angular updates, industry best practices, and emerging front-end technologies

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including performance tuning and UX enhancements

• Support automated testing, deployment, and documentation activities

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional Angular development experience in enterprise environments

• Proven track record of delivering scalable front-end applications within product or client projects

• Experience working with back-end services through REST APIs

• Demonstrated ability to implement responsive, accessible user interfaces

• Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or enterprise solutions is a plus; relevant project experience acceptable

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop new features and maintain existing Angular applications addressing high-quality standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, UI/UX designers, and back-end developers to execute product roadmaps

• Conduct timely code reviews, unit testing, and performance testing to ensure robustness

• Troubleshoot bug reports and resolve UI or responsiveness issues promptly

• Optimize application performance and load times across browsers and devices

• Maintain detailed documentation of code, processes, and UI design considerations

• Engage in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Keep abreast of the latest Angular versions, frameworks, and best practices for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Relevant certifications in front-end development or Angular (preferred)

• Proven experience in delivering high-quality Angular-based solutions in enterprise settings
