Salary: £24,920 inclusive per annum
Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week) based on a rota basis including evenings, nights and weekends

About the Service:
The Chadwick Fields Service delivers low level floating support Monday – Sunday during the hours of 9am -5pm. The time of support is flexible to the needs of the client. If a tenant is in crisis outside of these hours, then they are signposted to external agencies such as the Mental Health Crisis Line, present to A&E, the Crisis Team. Tenants are given details of external organisations such as the Samaritans, Togetherall, Calm App when they are taken on into Chadwick Fields.

About You:

You’ll bring all your skills to the table, including strong customer service and communication skills, but also your empathetic, flexible, creative and compassionate nature and enthusiasm for supporting others. You’ll thrive under pressure, be happy to work both independently and within a team and know how to connect with people at all levels and really enjoy helping others.
No formal qualifications required as full training will be provided. If you have the skills and qualities listed above, we want to hear from you.
Candidates with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience would be welcomed. Whatever your background, you’ll need to be happy to work both independently and within a team and willing to be part of a weekly rota system and available for on call duties, which may include evenings, weekends and nights.
