Job Description

Location: Vietnam (with regional scope across ASEAN, Korea, ANZ)
Reports to: Marketing Communications Leader, AKA

Role Summary

GE HealthCare’s AKA Region Marketing team is seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy Marketing Communications Specialist to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across modalities. This role will drive strategic messaging, content development, and multi-channel campaign execution to support business growth across the region.

You will collaborate with modality/product managers, country zone marketing teams, and external partners to deliver impactful communications and content that resonate with diverse audiences across ASEAN, Korea, and ANZ.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Communications & Messaging

  • Own brand and messaging frameworks at the modality level, ensuring alignment with global positioning and local relevance.
  • Ensure consistency across all communications channels and materials, adapting for regional and audience-specific relevance.
  • Develop and maintain core content assets (e.g., digital, brochures, testimonials, presentations, videos) tailored to regional audiences.
  • Lead localization and translation efforts across AKA languages to ensure cultural and clinical relevance.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a strategic content plan that aligns with business objectives, audience needs, and channel best practices.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns for New Product Introductions (NPIs), including digital, email, social, webinars, and events.
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance metrics, SEO insights, and stakeholder feedback to maximize engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with modality leaders and country teams to tailor campaigns for local market needs.
  • Manage third-party conferences, clinical education webinars, and customer engagement events.

Content Marketing & Digital Channels

  • Develop and manage content calendars across digital platforms (website, email, social media).
  • Partner with digital teams to optimize content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Ensure timely updates to regional websites and campaign landing pages.

Analytics & Performance Analysis

  • Track campaign performance using KPIs such as leads generated, engagement rates, and NPS impact.
  • Generate post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Help prepare market sizing data that covers customer segments, and competitive landscapes to estimate market potential.
  • Develop data-driven insights: Use quantitative and qualitative research to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Help build dashboards and reports: Create clear, actionable visualizations for leadership to evaluate marketing impact.

Regulatory & Compliance Adherence:

  • Ensure all marketing activities and events comply with internal and external regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a marketing compliance champion by reinforcing GE HealthCare’s Advertising & Promotion (Ad & Promo) Policy across all marketing activities.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in compliance systems including Aggregate Spend Tool (AST), Veeva, and Agora, ensuring consistent adherence and documentation throughout all executed campaigns and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Life Sciences.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or campaign management.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and across diverse cultures.

Desired Skills & Characteristics

  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS, Adobe Workfront, Salesforce.com).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (Korean, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese) are a plus.
