SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our growing Global People Operations team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional day-to-day operational support to employees across EMEA and APJ.
Based in London, this hybrid position requires 2-3 days in the office each week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Maintain and update employee data in Workday and other systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including initiating background checks, creating employee profiles, coordinating IT for equipment setup, providing welcome materials, and conducting orientations.
  • Support the offboarding process.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and responding to employee enquiries. 
  • Collaborate with the internal payroll team and external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Work with EoR providers (e.g., Deel and Papaya) to manage onboarding, offboarding, and support payroll activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA and APJ employees, addressing queries, providing exceptional support, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist with creating and updating People Operations processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline workflows, leveraging technology and best practices.
  • Participate in projects aimed at streamlining and automating processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discretely. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced and evolving environment. 
  • Global experience supporting operations and employees across EMEA.
  • A mindset for process improvement, implementation, and documentation with a focus on global efficiency and automation.
