Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams across multiple regions and market segments.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish pricing, positioning, and competitive strategies to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Implement data-driven performance metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Partner with product and operations teams to align offerings with market demand.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, customer meetings, and strategic partnerships.

Key Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong financial and analytical acumen to balance growth with profitability.
  • Experience scaling go-to-market functions in fast-growth or transformation environments.
  • Expertise in building diversified revenue streams by balancing new customer acquisition with expansion of recurring revenue from the existing customer install base.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Sales-oriented and process minded thinker.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years working in the healthcare insurance industry.
  • Growth-mindset & capable of building meaningful relationships.
  • Excellent leadership & communication skills.
  • Experience managing and delivering sales related metrics and financial results to executive leadership.
