Job Summary:
As a Master Data Analyst with a strong analytical and process ownership focus, you will play a key role in analyzing, owning and continuously improving end-to-end price list and material master data processes across systems. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining analytical models, validation logic and automated workflows that ensure high data quality, operational efficiency and readiness for downstream reporting and decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders and system teams to translate business requirements into data rules, process logic and system enhancements, while proactively identifying systemic issues and driving sustainable, scalable solutions. You will actively support team leadership through prioritization input, coordination and knowledge sharing, helping to raise the analytical maturity of the team and ensure alignment between operational execution and analytical objectives.

What You Will Do
- Analyse and own the end-to-end price list upload process across systems, including documentation, standardization and continuous optimization across speedboats
- Design, develop and maintain analytical models and validation logic to ensure price list data accuracy, consistency and readiness for downstream reporting and decision-making
- Perform advanced data sanity checks and root-cause analysis to identify systemic issues, trends, and recurring discrepancies, proposing sustainable, scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to analytically identify process gaps, contribute to system enhancements and validate solutions through structured test cases
- Act as a key analytical point of contact to business stakeholders by translating business requirements into data rules, process logic and operational improvements
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines that reduce manual effort, decrease upload cycle time and increase data reliability for PLP teams
- Develop and maintain analytical reports, dashboards and KPIs providing transparency on data quality, workload distribution and process performance and operational risks
- Lead the definition and implementation of data management best practices, governance principles, and continuous improvement initiatives related to price list and material master data
- Act as a subject matter expert for price list data and related processes, supporting knowledge sharing, mentoring colleagues and raising the analytical maturity of the team
- Proactively manage stakeholder communication through data-driven insights, clear feedback loops, and transparent escalation of risks and dependencies
- Support team leadership through prioritization input, workload planning and coordination when required, ensuring alignment between operational execution and analytical objectives
Key Skills Required
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent extensive professional experience
- Proven experience in data management, master data, analytics, process optimization or system-oriented roles
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis, identify trends and translate insights into sustainable, scalable solutions
- Proven experience in designing, developing and maintaining analytical models, validation logic, reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- High level of proficiency in working with complex tools and systems, including SAP environments and data analysis or automation tools
- Advanced experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA) or comparable ticketing and documentation platforms
- Experience in creating or supporting automated workflows and data pipelines to improve operational efficiency and data quality
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical and technical solutions
- Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to continuous improvement, data governance and best practices
- Informal leadership, knowledge sharing and mentoring experience, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent) is required; proficiency in German is considered a plus
