Key Missions

  • • Support the development and enhancement of cash equity clearing products and services in line with business priorities and regulatory frameworks.
  • • Assist in compiling and analyzing market research and client feedback to identify product requirements and improvement opportunities.
  • • Contribute to the development of business cases and go-to-market strategies for new product features or services.
  • • Participate in cross-functional meetings with design teams, engineers, compliance, sales, and marketing to gather and track functional and technical requirements.
  • • Help prepare competitive analyses related to product offerings, market penetration, and pricing strategies.
  • • Contribute to internal documentation, presentations, and reports concerning product performance, client feedback, and roadmap progress.
  • • Stay current with market trends, competitor developments, and relevant regulatory changes affecting the clearing ecosystem.

Education & Knowledge

  • • Master’s level student in finance, business, engineering, or a related field (Grandes Écoles, business or engineering schools preferred).
  • • Strong interest in capital markets, clearing services, and financial product development.
  • • Background in finance or business strategy preferred, though students from other disciplines with relevant interest are welcome to apply.

Experience

  • • Previous internship or academic project experience in financial services, product development, or market research is a plus.

Profile

  • • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about clearing operations and product strategy.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
  • • Effective written and verbal communication in both English and French.
  • • Comfortable working in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment.
  • • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work with autonomy when required.
  • • Familiarity with the trade lifecycle, financial products (particularly equities), and an understanding of competitive market dynamics is a plus.
  • • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of market data tools or business intelligence software is a plus.
