Role Definition
Manage engineering for machine thermal management system/components design and development as well as supplier development through collaboration with purchasing partners.


As an manage engineering, you will coach, guide and facilitate the development of a work group to develop collaborative relationships among themselves, as well as with customers, suppliers and other functional groups to ensure goals are achieved.

You will create and maintain an organizational climate / culture which encourages innovation, collaboration, excitement / commitment and a sense of urgency towards business success. Work group size will vary up to 8-10 employees with a budget up to $1M. You will continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology, mentor and coach immediate work group, and deepen your professional network.

Responsibilities
* Lead team to complete thermal management product development of design, validation for NPI, Cost Reduction project with meeting quality, cost and timeline requirements
* Lead team to create and execute product strategy of components and system
* Lead team to create and execute regional supplier strategy as well as collaborate with regional business partners
* Lead the collaboration with customers, team members, partners and communicate the results
* Manage team’s budget on cost
* Mentor and coach work group


Degree Requirement
MSc. in Mech. Eng (or related science or engineering degree e.g. Aerospace Eng, Physics, etc.) or BSc with equivalent experience
