Job Summary:

The Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating comprehensive manufacturing process training and related programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate classroom training mainly focus on softskill, operation and technical. (Instructor Led, Document review and DLC completion)

  • Perform observational assessment to evaluate trainees' process competency.

  • Track and report trainees' hands on training completion, and compliance with training standards.

  • Work closely with supervisors on training activities planning to ensure headcount release.

  • Perform training audit to ensure training compliance.

  • Maintain records for training compliance.

  • Managing resources and logistical support including electronic devices, training logistics, training material and other training resources as required

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as specified when required by the management

  • Produce shiftily training report

  • Participant in Continuous Improvement / Operation Excellence initiative


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or related processes.

  • Strong ability to facilitate classroom sessions.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of compliance and quality standards in manufacturing.

  • Adaptability to work in multiple areas and production lines as needed.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education Requirements: 

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

  • Experience in GMP environment
