Qualifications include:
1. Minimum 10 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry as a sales, product marketing.
2. Build the business framework and manage it for business opportunity identification, Design In and Design Win.
3. Communicate with distributors and manage the small, middle size customers Design-In and Revenue through Distributors
4. Experience working with Japanese industrial customers is a plus
5. Completed Bachelor Degree in a related field or equivalent
Highly desired qualifications:
1. Strategic thinking and communication skills in Business English
2. Relationship management with distributors, customers and oversea divisions through English
3. Business opportunities and Design In activity management experience with distributors
4. Business analysis skill and/or experience (Customers financial report, order/demand analysis, funnel management)
5. Microsoft Office skills especially for Excel (Vlook, Pivot) to manage the revenue numbers, backlog and data analysis
Job Descriptions:
1. Business Management
• Define the new business growth plan with distributors and product divisions and execute
• Manage quarterly target of new Design Wins
• Manage quarterly resale/revenue and inventory
2. Sales activities to Factory Automation Equipment manufacturers, Green energy applications, and Car electronics customers with distributors to grow business in small/mid size customers resales via distributors. To know distributors Sales/FAE activities and how to improve in case problem is there. Communicate with overseas products divisions and distributors and making winning strategy and execute.
• Major Semiconductor products
Isolation product: Gate Driver, Current/Voltage sense, communication coupler Motion encoder etc.
• Major customers: Servo Motor Controller, Inverter, Car Electronics manufacturers etc.
3.Relationship management Although this is distributor business, need the negotiation directly with customers for key projects, managing projects and building relationships.
