Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions within cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect disparate systems effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
