Summary/Job Purpose
|
To Join our Sales Team based in Singapore where you will contribute to the lead generation, marketing and analytical requirements of the Singapore office whilst working closely with the Product Team. The Sales Director role acts as a single point of contact for existing clients who are utilising Elwood products and services, while also actively working to expand our client base. They represent the client internally and are able to navigate the organisation efficiently in order to drive timely outcomes.
They will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and retaining a loyal client base. The successful candidate will have a client centric approach; delivering services, solutions and strategies that represent value for our clients. They are a key part of the Front Office team and as such will be expected to work in line with the company’s strategy as well as contributing fresh strategic ideas that can benefit the business.

Role Responsibilities
|
- Quota-carrying salesperson responsible for achieving and surpassing Annual Contract Value revenue targets
- Generating business from existing and new clients
- Building long term mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Single point of contact for clients post-implementation and work collaboratively across all Elwood functions to champion the client and drive outcomes
- Representing Elwood at external events
- Uphold a risk & compliance mindset at all times
- Providing a proactive and service led relationship for all clients
- Provide guidance to product development following product and data requirements received in the field and understanding of any potential regulatory requirements
- Working collaboratively with the rest of the team
- Consistently upholding the company culture, core values and principles with a risk and compliance mindset
- Manage sales pipeline process and reporting as instituted in the Sales department
- Report on competitive landscape
- Act as an ambassador for the company at conferences
- Monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery

Qualifications / Knowledge
|
- Account management or sales experience with Front End trading systems and/or in FX, Equities, Crypto or the Payments industry
- Understanding of financial services and the crypto market
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation
- Accountable individual that is willing to take a wide range of responsibility across several different areas within the business
- Understands, embraces, and adds to the culture. Acts as an ambassador for the business and its business model
- Personable and has the skills to build rapport and establish personal relationships

- 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development with Front End trading systems and/or in FX, Equities, Crypto or the Payments industry
