Position Summary
As a Manager, Network Engineer for Wellpartner, your main duties will include:

  • Design and develop network infrastructure solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Implement and configure network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Define network topology, protocols, and security measures to support the organization's IT operations.
  • Under general direction, analyze network traffic patterns, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance network efficiency.
  • Deliver reports on network performance, security incidents, and capacity utilization as required.
  • Establish change management processes for network modifications, including software upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure teams, application developers, and security teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Implement scalable and secure network solutions, considering factors such as data transmission requirements, network capacity, and reliability.
  • Manage team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Cisco Architecture, Desigh Strategy and Implementation.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
  • Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP).


Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ certification.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $185,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
