Udemy is seeking an innovative Instructor Strategy Manager to join our team within the larger Instructor & Content Strategy department. This role will help leverage Udemy’s strategic advantage - its top instructors - to support business growth and customer engagement objectives. The primary focus is to facilitate strategic collaborations between instructors and key customer accounts in order to demonstrate Udemy's unique value proposition as a learning marketplace and support our go-to-market (GTM) teams in retaining and growing our largest enterprise accounts.
As an Instructor Strategy Manager, you will help to develop and iteratively improve the Udemy Instructor Collaborations program by working cross-functionally with instructors, Marketing, Customer Success, and other partner teams. You will manage all components of the program including instructor identification, stakeholder communication, timeline management, feedback collection, and reporting on program performance. You will learn what works, try new approaches, and continually improve the way we ensure timely and impactful program execution. This is a quickly growing high-impact program with direct impact on Udemy’s top level objectives.
