WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day service operations by being a point of contact for technicians and branches across the company. This role involves handling incoming calls from technicians to assist with parts inquiries, service support, order updates, and troubleshooting. The coordinator is also responsible for managing warranty claims and warranty replacement orders by working directly with manufacturers to ensure timely approvals, accurate processing, and proper follow-up.

WHAT YOU BRING

You have a post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent, complimented by one to two years’ experience in an inventory control, equipment, parts and/or service-related role. You have intermediate Excel skills and an advanced understanding of Outlook or a comparable online calendaring system. You have strong organizational and multitasking skills that allow you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional customer service skills that compliment your ability to connect and help support the work of the business. Prior IFS, Astea or JDE experience is an asset for this position.

*This position is based in our Corporate Head Office, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Hybrid.

Compensation: The posted range for this position is $44,000-$50,000, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc
