Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology in Udaipur is looking for a dynamic MIS Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in AMC / Damage parts, Documentation, Equipment Maintenance and Vendor Managed Inventory particularly in mining operations, and a passion for driving MIS and data Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking and analysis of AMC / Damage Parts for multiple sites and ensure timely submission of offers and continuous follow-ups for approvals.
• Act as a backup in the absence of the VMI executive as part of a succession plan.
• Support warranty and parts sales teams in documentation tasks for focus on coordination with customer and internal teams
• Monitor and support sites for machine audits, exploring new opportunities and improving service visibility.
• Processing of Maintenance Order (MO) and follow-up with customer.
• Submission of invoices in Ariba and coordination with SSC for payment collection.
• Follow-up with OD team for Pick Note (PN) and maintain track of approved parts.

Qualification

Bachelor’s in commerce, Science OR Diploma in mechanical / automobile / electrical. Certification in MS Office and advanced excel will be preferred.

Skills & Experience

• Proficient in data management like Ms Excel, Maximo, SAP etc.
• Understanding of equipment maintenance and mining operations
• Persuasive communication and liaison with all stakeholders
• 3-5 years of work experience in same industry involved in MIS and data analysis. Prior experience in equipment maintenance or mining projects would be preferred.
