Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions using ServiceNow IT Service Management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing application solutions, and configuring applications to meet the needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Develop and implement application solutions to meet business process requirements. - Configure applications to meet the needs of the organization. - Provide technical expertise and support for application development projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and modules. - Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework and IT service management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based in Mumbai with location flex for cross location resource. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
