How you’ll make an impact:

• Provide support/ co-ordination of disposition activities for acquisitions;

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders on new and existing acquisitions;

• Understand requirements of the business and work with key contacts from the acquired company providing guidance of policy and compliance;

• Engage with suppliers effectively and professionally and be able to negotiate basic contractual terms;

• Pro-actively evaluate information to be able to identify the needs for compliance for acquisitions supplier base and determine next steps;

• Identify and investigate issues, bringing them to an acceptable resolution for both the business/S&CM and supplier;

• Support S&CM team to set up/ terminate contracts with suppliers;

• Support the acquisition on Procurement Plus process (BuyNow, Accounts Payables) and policies;

• Provide regular updates and be able to summarize information to determine key points/dependencies.

By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, from 09:00AM to 18:00 PM in a 90% remote setup.

Skills that make your work successful:

• At least 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role;

• Fluent in English & German both spoken and written;

• Proven knowledge of Procurement methodology and sourcing execution;

• Strong analytical, presentation, communication (written & oral), interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills;

• Strong relationship management skills and a proactive customer-focused approach;

• Forward and solution minded, team player and with high degree of self-management;

• Work as a team player within a high functioning team that can work on multiple acquisitions/countries simultaneously;

• Ability to manage multiple projects, adopt a flexible approach and prioritize tasks appropriately in an ever-changing environment;

• Comfortable navigating in a multicultural and broad environment and with all levels of the organization.
