What part will you play?

• Lead cross-functional projects to drive next-generation building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) technologies

• Provide the critical linkage between Research & Development, External Partners, Suppliers, and  Manufacturing

• Inspire confidence through personal leadership, influence, and communication

What will you do?

• Manage cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment across GAF Energy and  its sister companies in the development of novel roofing materials towards solar applications 

• Partner with Product Management and R&D to define product requirements

• Lead teams to achieve program scope and schedule targets

• Develop strategic and detailed plans in order to prioritize the right work at the right time 

• Champion Stage Gate development process

• Identify and implement new business processes as the need arises

What do we require from you?

• BA/BS preferably in a technical field or equivalent, 2 years in a program management role

• Solar industry experience strongly preferred as the initial ramp-up is largely self-directed

• Demonstrated ability to navigate across diverse opinions and drive toward consensus

• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information and communicate the narrative in a clear and concise format

• Sound methodologies towards planning, tracking, and critical path identification

• Understanding of Phase-Gate process

• Skilled at managing both detailed and strategic levels

• Resiliency to adapt to a fast-paced environment with dynamic changes and priority shifts

• Proven track record of handling multiple priorities, developing strong engineering teams, organizing workloads, meeting deadlines, and  successfully launching complex products

• Willing and able to travel within USA and globally up to 5% of your work time

Benefits and Compensation:

 Individuals hired for this position can reasonably expect a base salary within the range of $115,000 - $160,000.  The company provides comprehensive health and retirement savings plan benefits that support an employee's total well-being.
