Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Support & collaborate to fulfill Quarterly forecasts, Annual budgets, Variance analysis with capture of exceptional items

• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results versus forecast and budget

• Prepare management reports, real time dashboards and executive presentations

• Perform variance analysis

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Deliver Operations, HR Ops, and Deliver Ops

• Assist in maintaining Action tracker with visibility and alignment with actual results

• Improve reporting processes by smart techniques

 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in FP&A roles

• Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong analytical, problem solving and strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• CPA, CFA or MBA is a plus

 

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting senior leaders

• Experience in a fast-paced and fulfilling real time ad hoc requests from leaders

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $66,700 - $123,900.
