We are searching for an Assembler for the Custom Shop team in Corona, CA. This role is responsible for assembling final components of electric guitars in a high-quality production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or working with hand tools and will demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

  • Test electronic components to ensure connectivity and production readiness.
  • Visually inspect each component throughout the sub-assembly process.
  • Unpack and examine assembly kits and guitar components for quality and defects.
  • Identify and set aside irregular components for correction.
  • Inspect guitar body for scratches or surface defects.
  • Perform quality control and product testing throughout final assembly.
  • Operate manual and powered hand tools.
  • Solder electronic components and affix pickguards as needed.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
  • Basic proficiency using hand and power tools.
  • Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Musical or guitar-related experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to adhere to safety procedures and wear required PPE.
