  • Platform Reliability and Availability Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical platform services. - Reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) for platform incidents by 20%. 
  • Implement automated recovery mechanisms for common failure scenarios.
  • Infrastructure Automation and Efficiency - Achieve 100% infrastructure-as-code coverage for new deployments. - Reduce deployment time by 30% through CI/CD pipeline optimization. 
  • Implement GitOps workflows for all production environments.
  • Customer Enablement and Onboarding - Support successful onboarding of new customers on the Fabric platform. - Enable EA (Enterprise Archive) tenant deployments with minimal lead time. 
  • Develop and maintain self-service capabilities for common provisioning tasks.
  • US-Based Oncall Coverage and Follow-the-Sun Support Establish reliable US-timezone oncall coverage for platform services. - Enable follow-the-sun support model with seamless handoffs between regions.
  • Achieve sub-30-minute response time for P1/P2 incidents during US hours.
