主要职责

拟订医药产品推广计划和方案； 向医务人员传递医药产品相关信息； 协助医务人员合理使用本企业医药产品； 收集、反馈药品临床使用情况及医院需求信息。 医药代表可通过下列形式开展学术推广等活动：

• 在医疗机构当面与医务人员和药事人员沟通；
• 举办学术会议、讲座；
• 提供学术资料；
• 通过互联网或者电话会议沟通；
• 医疗机构同意的其他形式。

个人发展

• 根据医学代表 (MR) 能力描述中的要求，培养能力，提高效率
• 确定自我完善的方向，并与地区经理 (DSM) 探讨发展需求
• 践行阿斯利康的价值观，培养秉承道德与合规的可持续发展的思维和行动
• 积极参与公司内部业务会议、产品与业务培训和活动

工作要求和胜任能力

• 本科学历；医学、药学、生物，化学等相关专业的优先；
• 一年以上医药行业的相关经验优先；
• 有较强的学习能力和敬业精神；
• 良好的人际沟通能力和协作能力；
• 具有一定的分析和解决问题的能力；
