We are looking for you as Warehouse Representative (f/m/x) in full time (40h/week) at our Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site to strengthen our international Clario team!

Be a part of driving clinical trials faster with your daily performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers (pharma companies) can be confident that our test devices for our eCoa (digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and Cardiac (blood pressure devices) business lines are sent out in time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals) worldwide. Make a difference by performing all operational tasks within the Warehouse, Receiving and Shipping area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process receipts of all inventory materials and supplies received

• Label inventory items in the receiving area for identifications, including serialization and tagging of barcoded items

• Transport materials to and from the receiving area, warehouse and production areas

• Perform inventory count within the ERP-System

• Receive, unpack and enter data in the Receiving process

• Coordinate the material flow between the internal and external Warehouses

• Pick and commission work orders

• Take care of the cleanliness of the Warehouse

What We Look For

• Minimum high school diploma or college qualification, or equivalent apprenticeship/professional work training program

• 0 to 3 years logistics, supply chain, or industrial administrational environment experience preferred

• MS Office and ERP expertise strongly preferred

• Basic German and advanced English knowledge

• Experience in a fast-paced environment; with an ability to work independently, and cross-functionally as needed

• Must be dependable, and flexible to work additional hours as needed

• Professional approach with high attention to details, deadlines and strong follow through with minimal direction

• Must have good time management and be able to prioritize tasks

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as an individual contributor

• Strong presence with the ability to interact with departmental leadership and internal stakeholders

Was Du Tun Wirst

• Bearbeitung von Lieferungen für alle eingegangenen Materialien und Vorräte

• Etikettierung von Beständen im Wareneingangsbereich zur Identifizierung, einschließlich Seriennummernvergabe und Etikettierung von Artikeln mit Strichcode

• Transport von Materialien vom und zum Wareneingangsbereich, Lager und Produktionsbereich

• Durchführung von Inventurzählungen im ERP-System

• Entgegennahme, Entpacken und Dateneingabe im Wareneingangsprozess

• Koordinierung des Materialflusses zwischen den internen und externen Lagern

• Kommissionierung und Picken von Arbeitsaufträgen

• Für Sauberkeit im Lager sorgen

Was Wir Suchen

• Schulabschluss oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bzw. vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation

• 0 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain oder administrativer Tätigkeiten in einem industriellen Umfeld

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ERP-Systemen

• Grundlegende Deutsch- und erweiterte Englischkenntnisse (kein Oxford-Englisch notwendig)

• Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld sowie die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und bereichsübergreifend zu arbeiten

• Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Bereitschaft bei Bedarf Überstunden zu leisten (Gleitzeit)

• Professionelles Auftreten mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit, Einhaltung von Fristen und eigenständiger Arbeitsweise

• Gute Zeitmanagement-Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben zu priorisieren
