Stripe's Global Sales Team is at the forefront of driving revenue and growth. As trusted business partners, our goal is to help users understand Stripe products and integrate them with ease so they can concentrate on what's most important to them: their business. We're known for our product expertise, rigorous thinking, and user-first approach to problem solving. Within Stripe, Sales proudly serves as a critical source of user feedback and market intelligence, with direct influence on Stripe’s product roadmap and growth strategy.

The Global Sales Enablement Team is responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to enable our sales teams on productivity and efficiency changes.  In addition, the team needs to build, execute and land a series of large scale change management initiatives focused on pricing, productivity and sales efficiency.  These changes require a strategic communication strategy and ongoing, effective execution across sales teams globally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales communications, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless awareness and adoption of new tools and processes. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading global communications initiatives. In this role, you will:

  • Create and maintain the core narrative, working closely with Sales and Product stakeholders
  • Develop and distribute seller communications
  • Partner with subject matter experts to produce digestible, sales-ready enablement materials
  • Maintain a communications calendar in partnership with XFN teams and the Change Management Specialist to ensure communications land strategically without creating unnecessary noise to frontline sellers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives to align communications with business goals and performance strategies.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience developing and leading global communications initiatives
  • Ability to distill complex concepts and information into clear, actionable copy
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Executive Leaders and subject matter experts
  • Extraordinary communication skills and executive presence
  • A strong operational background with a track record of making data driven decisions
  • Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment and can balance setting strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution
  • A high threshold for navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in communications
  • 3+ years of experience building or supporting large scale, enterprise change management initiatives
  • A strong track record of delivering global transformational, complex programs in a changing, ambiguous environment which have delivered quantifiable business impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and leading sales communication initiatives
