Position Overview:

The Payment Operations Specialist is responsible for administering systems, work queues and reporting within Payment Operations.

Location and Workplace Flexibility:

We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Jira Project Administration: Create and maintain intake forms, manage user permissions, and troubleshoot issues in Jira and Salesforce Service Cloud.

- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain dashboards, export data, and generate reports. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Organize data to identify trends, issues, and provide actionable insights.

- Process Improvement: Perform gap analysis and recommend process, platform, and reporting enhancements. Implement changes under management direction.

-Monitoring & Documentation: Track agent productivity and queue volumes. Create and maintain process documentation.

-Testing & Compliance: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new software and enhancements. Adhere to HIPAA, compliance, and security policies.

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

- Solid understanding of Zelis payment products and workflows.

- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) and knowledge of connectivity solutions (FTP/Secure FTP, VPN).

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Independence/Accountability:

- Works with minimal supervision and regularly reviews goals with the manager.

- Manages multiple tasks effectively, works under pressure, and respects confidentiality.

Communication Skills:

- Collaborates well with others and communicates clearly and effectively.

- Engages audiences through various media and practices active listening.

Professional Experience:

- Strong presentation, written, and oral skills.

- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SQL Database experience is a plus.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
