About the role:
- The role requires excellent knowledge of the scrum framework (Scaled Agile), with all its artifacts and techniques.
- Ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables.

About the team:
- The AI/ML CoE team is a horizontal CoE for Capital Markets helping us drive revenue and bring significant savings to our businesses by identifying, exploring, and implementing AI/ML solutions.
- The Capital Markets is one of the three verticals in FIS. It has various products and solutions in funds management, cleared derivatives, commercial lending, corporate treasury, insurance risk electronic trading, RegTech, wealth and retirement etc.
- The team consists of highly motivated solution architects, data scientists and ML engineers.
What you will be doing:
- As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be working cutting-edge AI/ML solutions across the organization
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Facilitate agile transformation within the team, training them on agile concepts.
- Work with multiple stakeholders and facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Generate and publish reports providing visibility of work done by team to senior management.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- 5-7 years of proven working experience as Scrum Master in FinTech world (preferred exposure to AI).
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, XP) and Agile / Lean practices
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Proven experience in facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Scrum master certification. SaFe certification.

- Technical Understanding of Systems (AI Latest trends)
- Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
- Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation.
- Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
- Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
