About the Job

As a Medical Representative, you will play a key role in driving the success of Sanofi’s portfolio within your assigned territory by engaging healthcare professionals and executing impactful sales strategies. You’ll be responsible for building trusted partnerships with doctors, promoting products with scientific accuracy, and achieving sales targets while upholding Sanofi’s ethical standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and grow market share within the designated territory.
• Plan and execute daily call activities to maximize customer coverage and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Present accurate clinical information and therapeutic benefits of Sanofi products.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies to enhance product awareness and brand presence.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective territory management and business execution.
• Represent Sanofi with professionalism and compliance in all interactions and activities.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy or Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company (preferred).
• Strong understanding of customer needs and healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and results-driven with strong collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Committed to ethical standards and continuous learning.
