C.H. Robinson is looking for a Freightview Customer Integration Specialist. At C.H. Robinson, we value in-person collaboration to fuel innovation. During training, you’ll work on-site three days a week to engage with peers, with two remote days for flexibility. After training, you'll have a schedule that balances business needs and personal flexibility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Gather customer expectations of carriers based on project team guidance

  • Compile customer and vendor user templates as provided by the project team

  • Develop standard operating procedures and training materials, and conduct formal training sessions

  • Configure customer, carrier, and warehouse data accurately, as well as online and truck administrative systems

  • Present training in a professional manner to customers, carriers, and vendors

  • Transfer knowledge effectively to the customer account and Implementation teams

  • Support the customer account team during testing and go-live for carrier or customer/vendor online support

  • Document and report system defects and enhancements identified during setup and training

  • Maintain documentation templates, processes, and contribute to the Implementation Team’s methodology

  • Manage work request tickets, assist with troubleshooting, and oversee Carrier EDI setup and processes

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Minimum 1 year of technical project experience

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) software

  • Basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience working directly with customers, carriers, or customer vendors

  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting, primarily over the telephone

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong creative and critical thinking skills
