What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily work activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Coordinate crew assignments and support team productivity goals
• Monitor operations and address issues to minimize downtime
• Train and mentor team members on safety practices and job procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team in a production environment
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands
• Working knowledge of equipment, processes, and site operations

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $23.68 to $34.28 per hour
