Role and Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Developer for our Monitors division based in Panama.

The Business Developer is responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key clients to drive sales, revenue, and market share. This person will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align strategies with client needs.

Sales Strategy:

  • Create and execute account-specific sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and market positioning.

Customer Support:

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales progress, and market trends.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the monitors market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in the electronics or technology industry is a plus.
  • Advanced degree or certifications in sales or account management is a plus.
  • Experience with videogames is a plus.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
