As a Senior Business Support Coordinator you will:
Be responsible for the successful delivery of business support services within the team
Assist with general office and facilities management,
Provide ad hoc support to company groups, initiatives, events management functions, individuals or group
Ensure the confidentiality of strategic or sensitive information
Deliver tasks and activities on time and to a high standard, taking a proactive and innovative approach to business support
Utilise knowledge, key stakeholders, DM systems and processes to deliver business support services efficiently and commercially
Encourage DM teams and individuals to fully utilise the DM systems and resources, providing training where required
Be an effective communicator, ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy that meet with company and client requirements
Provide supportive line management with effective delegation to more junior team members
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies in own area of responsibility
The successful candidate will:
Be an excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
Be highly organised and have a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks
Have great IT skills & be confident with Microsoft products
Be a great team player and have a can-do attitude
Have good numeracy skills and financial understanding
Be a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail
Have an appetite to learn and develop
