Working Student (f/m/d) Tools support in Quality Assurance

Become part of an international quality and engineering organization that is driving AI‑enabled automation for engineering and release processes.

As a Tools support in Quality Assurance, you will contribute to the development and scaling of tools solutions support process development execution like Atlassian JIRA, Flexnet and other.

You will work closely with Quality Engineers, Software Engineers, and Automation Leads to build deterministic solutions for project teams, workflow orchestration, and or AI‑supported quality analysis with direct impact on release readiness.

We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) for approximately 20 hours per week at our Roznov, Brno or Zlin location, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of a quality automation framework for engineering deliverables
  • Design and implement workflows in JIRA, such as:
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using NodeRed.
  • Implement scripts and parsers (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)
  • Support AI‑assisted quality analysis by preparing structured inputs and automation outputs
  • Define and maintain automation rules using configuration files (e.g. YAML, JSON)
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and summaries for quality and release readiness
  • Support integrations with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g. notifications, ticket creation)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and presentations

Profile

  • Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field
  • Experience or strong interest in workflow automation or RPA tools
  • Programming skills in at least one language (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
  • Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and structured data formats (JSON, XML)
  • Ability to analyze and structure complex technical topics
  • Very good English skills
  • Structured, reliable, and self‑driven working style
