Job Description

Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Philips, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end (E2E) management of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, effective stakeholder management, and adherence to quality, cost, and timeline commitments. You will also serve as an internal advisor and project management expert, enabling Philips leaders to establish and mature project management capabilities, including PMO and portfolio setup.

Your role:

  • Objective Management: Develop and gain agreements on program and project business objectives. Balance schedule, cost, quality, and requirements in alignment with program or project guidelines. Establish and manage program or project organization setup.
  • Greater Impact: Your role will significantly impact the successful realization of strategic programs and projects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions globally.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 7 years of project management experience successfully setting up and leading business transformation projects and programs.
  • You can effectively prioritize and orchestrate cross-functional project teams to execute against a plan in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, working proactively to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • You have strong process and data analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize information and tailor clear messages to specific audiences.
  • You possess strong influencing and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization, along with demonstrated
