Abbott is looking for a (Senior) Financial Analyst to join our Structural Heart Division at the EMEA Headquarters in Diegem. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving automation and analytics solutions, streamlining FP&A processes, and delivering impactful insights to support strategic decision-making across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within Finance

• Streamline reporting and planning processes through innovative tools and analytics

• Deliver timely and accurate actuals reporting and variance analysis

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles

• Prepare EMEA management reports and consolidations

• Support Marketing with financial insights and analysis

• Ensure data integrity across tools (HFM, SAP, BO, Dodeca, Power BI)

• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations

• Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects as requested by management

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Applied Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field (MBA or analytics certification is a plus)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or data analytics

• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and strategic planning

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, R, SAP, BO, Dodeca, HFM

• Experience with automation tools and data visualization

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multinational environment

• Fluent in English
